Our collaboration with Bond Systems Inc. (USA) offers you individual machines and complete Inspection Systems for a wide range of fabrics and applications. The Three in One Inspection System completes the processes of Mapping, Automatic Cutting and Re-inspection of the fabric. You can have gray inspection right at your fabric forming machine if you combine it with our Large Roll Take-up System.

:. MAPPING MACHINE
- Our map generating machine allows the operator to records and identify the location of defects in your fabric, using the Fabric Defect Data Logger in combination with an electrical impulse meter counter at high speeds, without stopping.
- After the complete fabric has been examined,our OPTI-CUT software optimizes the defect data to generate a cut-map.
- The cut-map generated is the most efficient method of cutting your fabric so as to optimize the revenue generated by the sale of the fabric.
:. AUTOMATIC CUTTING MACHINE
- Once the cut map is generated, the fabric roll is handled on our Automatic Cutting machine.
- This versatile machinelocalizes the cut-map, which then begins automatically cutting your fabric. The operator on this machine is thus only Re-Inspecting the fabric and pushing the start button every time a cut is complete.
- Up to three batchers are optional for first and second quality with additional flexibility to obtain rolls of different sizes.
It is the most efficient system of inspection and re-inspection for companies exporting to Europe and the World over.
