The ALMAC Group produces a variety of textile folding systems. These varieties are tailor made to suit specific needs of the customers. It includes single folding and double folding machines.

Double Folding & Plaiting Machine Type ADF II
This machine has closed iron walls which make the machine sturdy and vibration free during the selvedge folding operation.

  

• Versatile - can handle all types of fabrics.
• Accurate measurement up to 1 meter plaits.
• Very compact design.
• 50 to 60 m per min fabric speed.
• 15" normal height of heap.
• The folding table can be lowered by 38cm to maximize the quantity of cloth to be folded in one lot. The table can also be brought forward for easy removal of folded cloth.
• Swinging motion is minimized to ensure high machine capacity and increased output.
• Folding blades are mounted on a carriage which has a to & fro movement achieved by special steel roller chains. Movement of folding blades is adjustable to suit cloth length.
• Chains are covered to prevent cloth staining.
• The double folding arrangement of a triangular table mounted on a frame which permits very accurate doubling of the cloth. This includes two folding rollers underneath which guide the cloth to the folding knives of the machine.
• A 'Compensating Device' is provided to release the cloth tensionless & without curls and creases.
• Maximum folding capacity 50 meters per minute. Cloth up to maximum width of 120" can be double or single folded.

• The machine will be supplied with a 356mm diameter pulley width 63.5mm.
• Pulley speed is 200 r.p.m. & the speed of the motor needs to be stepped down accordingly.
• The 2 H.P. 1000 r.p.m. motor and suitable starter with the corresponding pulley will be supplied by us.
  

  

• 60" to 160" for single fold.
• 40" to 135" for double fold.
