• MS Side frames pointed with hardwearing stipple finish stowing enamel . This makes the finish permanent..
• A cradle with tow M.S. side brackets and 6 rollers running on ball bearing to place the fabric roll. This arrangement allows tensionless unwinding of the fabric.
• Inspection table is laminated black/white, which enhances the defect identification procedure by making defects more easily visible to the operator.
• The angle of the table is changeable in order to allow the operator to select the right viewing angle. Also, mending of the fabric is easily possible due to this arrangement.
• Two overhead and two underneath tube lights are provided to optimize the lighting. 
• Positive driven batch winding mounted on M.S. fabricated frames having two rubber strip coated rollers and batching roll guides. The fabric is wound on the batch roll by surface contact.
• A scroll rolls right after the inspection table opens the fabric roll.
• A bow bar is also provided to open the fabric right before the winding, which gives perfectly wound tight rolls.
• This winding arrangements winds rolls by 25% tighter than the traditional winding mechanisms.
• Measuring Counter is provided in front on the inspection table for easy viewing
• FORWARD/REVERSE/STOP push button controls mounted on inspection table on both sides.
• A special jogging (Inching) device is also provided.
• Soft start and instantaneous stoppage of fabric.
• MCB's to automatically stop the machine at the time overloading.

• Machine speed is variable 0-35 meters per minute positively & infinitely variable (Higher speeds can be provided).
• Power requirements vary from 0.5H.P. to 2H.P. depending upon the modules you select.
• We engineer machines suitable for 1143mm(45") to 1254mm(60") fabric width sizes.
• Inspection table and its effective lighted area are 1092mm and 534mm height respectively.

The ALMAC Group has designed and developed Fabric Inspection Machine to suit all types of applications. This machine has been specially designed to inspect Tabular Knitted Fabric and delicate Silk Fabrics. These can also be designed to handle any type of fabric in roll form, plaited form, etc.

Length Measuring Devices : We offer a variety of length measuring options to suit your requirements from more accurate mechanical devices to the most accurate electronic ones. We provide accuracies up to +/- 1mm. Our electronic devices comes with a digital display for easy viewing of the production data. Total Quality Management (TQM) systems : TQM of your products using our machines is one the most important goal of our establishment. In order to enhance your quality standards, we have developed a variety of systems. Data Mac : First step taken in this case is a defect-logging device. We have developed a handheld unit, which can easily carried around and is light in weight. The unit has a 4 line, 16 characters digital display and can be customized to accomodate all your defects. The severity, the length location, the flag marking, etc. can all be simultaneous inputted into the same unit. The unit comes with a RS 232 connector, so that the defect data can be transferred into your Quality department's computer at the end of the shift. Thus, one doesn't need to occupy a computer per unit or even for login the defects. Label Mac : Also under development is our Labeling or Fault Marking device. This device can be conveniently used to tag defects on the selvedge of the fabric by press of a button. This device can also be used along with defect logging unit to simultaneously log defects and also tag them. Bar Coding : The last step is the bar coding for easy inventory management of your finished fabric. We take up bar coding for our machines as well as for our entire plant.   Motorized Cutter : We offer a motorized cutter to cut the exact cut length as desired by your customer. The cutter can conveniently programmed to cut the exact length as desired by you. Weigh Mac : This device is still under development. Once developed, this device will enable online weighing of the fabric rolls as and when they are getting rolled up. The Digital display to show the weight of the fabric will be apart of the device.
