The ALMAC Group has designed and developed Fabric Inspection Machine to suit all tyes of application. Any type of woven, non-woven or knitted fabric can be inspected on our machines. They can be designed to handle any type of fabric in roll of plaited form. We engineer machines that can control tension in the most elastic of fabrics to the heaviest of materials such as denim.

Length Measuring Devices : We offer a variety of length measuring options to suit your requirements from more accurate mechanical devices to the most accurate electronic ones. We provide accuracies up to +/-  1mm. Our electronic devices comes with a digital display for easy viewing of the production data. Total Quality Management(TQM) systems TQM of your products using our machines is one the most important goal of our establishment. In order to enhance your quality standards, we have developed a variety of systems. Data Mac : First step taken in this case is a defect-logging device. We have developed a handheld unit, which can easily carried around and is light in weight. The unit has a 4 line, 16 characters digital display and can be customized to accomodate all your defects. The severity, the length location, the flag marking, etc. can all be simultaneous inputted into the same unit. The unit comes with a RS 232 connector, so that the defect data can be transferred into your Quality department's computer at the end of the shift. Thus, one doesn't need to occupy a computer per unit or even for login the defects. Label Mac : Also under development is our Labeling or Fault Marking device. This device can be conveniently used to tag defects on the selvedge of the fabric by press of a button. This device can also be used along with defect logging unit to simultaneously log defects and also tag them. Cut Map Generator : The next step in the TQM is the Cut Map Generator or our optimized cutting software. This software is customized according to your fabric and your customer's quality standards to deliver maximum cut lengths of the least no. of defects. The cut length data from this software can be downloaded on our automatic cutting machine. Bar Coding : The last step is the bar coding for easy inventory management of your finished fabric. We take up bar coding for our machines as well as for our entire plant. Mending Platform : For conveniently mending of your fabric, we provide a horizontal laminated mending platform right after the inspection platform with option of underneath lighting . Selvedge Shifting Device : For fabrics with thick selvedges, the rewinding unit can be fitted with a selvedge-shifting device to re-roll the fabric evenly and thus undo the bowing effect Weigh Mac : This device is still under development. Once developed, this device will enable online weighing of the fabric rolls as and when they are getting rolled up. The Digital display to show the weight of the fabric will be apart of the device.
