Complete structure on wheels is made on M.S. rectangular/square pipes.
M.S. moving pipes cradle at the feeding of fabric from rolls.
Provision of laminated loose wooden platform on the cradle for putting plaited fabric.
Tensioning device to give tension to the fabric as necessary.
Two M.S. rubber fillet coated roller to roll the fabric on paper/PVC tube by surface winding.
Side ways upright guides prevent shifting of tube.
Perfectly aligned straight edges in tunes of +/- 1 to 2mm in our model with automatic edge guiding system. The device comes with a electronically operated motorized screw type arrangement, thus doing away with requirements such compressed air etc.
The whole structure is on Castor wheel for easy movement of the machine.
Occupies very small amount of space. Small rolls can conveniently be made in small spaces, offices, godowns, etc.
Meter Counter is installed in front on platform top for easy reading

Machine speed is fixed 0-60 meters per minute.
Power requirements fixed from 0.50H.P. to 2H.P. depending upon the modules you select.
We engineer machines suitable for 1145mm to 2540mm fabric width sizes.

Length Measuring Devices :

We offer a variety of length measuring options to suit your requirements from more accurate mechanical devices to the most accurate electronic ones. We provide accuracies up to +/- 1mm. Our electronic devices comes with a digital display for easy viewing of the production data.

Predetermined Length Measuring Device :
Our electronic devices can be installed with a feature to cut predetermined fabric length repeatedly. The predetermined length can be changed or modified conveniently.

Variable Speed Drive :
We offer variable speed AC or DC drive can be provided for positive and infinite variation of the speed of machine.

Cradle :
We offer a Cradle to conveniently placement and unrolling larger roll up to 20" diameter. The roll is rested on 5 pipes moving on bearing for tensionless unwinding of the fabric roll.

Bar Coding :
We offer bar coding for easy inventory management of your finished fabric . We take up bar coding for machines as well as for your entire plant.

Motorized Cutter :
We offer a motorized cutter to cut the exact cut length as desired by you customer. The cutter can be conveniently programmed to cut the exact length as desired by you.
