The supersonic spray system uses propane, propylene and other hydrocarbon gas or liquid fuels and high-pressure oxygen to burn in a combustion chamber or special nozzle to produce a high-temperature and high-pressure flame flow (temperature can reach 3200℃), and the flame speed is as high as 15002000m/s or more. Then, the powder is sent into the flame axially or radially to produce molten or semi-molten particles, and the particles are deposited on the pretreated substrate surface at high speed (300600m/s) to form a coating.

The Almac-DJ3000 supersonic high-speed flame spraying powder feeder is a device used to store spraying powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. Nitrogen gas is used as the powder feeding gas, and the sprayed powder is transported to the outlet of the powder feeder through the atomization vibration of the powder feeding gas.
