Arc thermal spray system mainly includes arc spray guns, control devices and power supply devices. Among them, the arc spray gun is the core component, which is equipped with a wire feeding mechanism and a wire feeding hose. It can be divided into two types: handheld and fixed. Fixed arc spray guns are mainly suitable for mechanized operations, in-factory or production line operations. They are large in size and weight, and most of them are high-power arc spray guns.

Wire feeder

The arc spraying wire feeder is suitable for arc spraying and is used for dual wire feeding. There are two types of wire feeding: charged control and non charged control. The wire feeding speed specification is available for users to choose from. Main technical parameters: wire feeding voltage DC24V, 5A, wire feeding method is symmetrical and uniform, wire diameter Ø 3.0mm, wire reel capacity Ø 300 × Ø 50 × 103mm, wire feeding speed range of 1-7 meters/minute for 20kg.
