Thermal Arc Spray, or arc thermal spraying, is a thermal spraying technology, also known as twin-wire arc spraying. Arc thermal spraying uses an arc generated between two metal wires to melt the top of the metal wire, and then sprays the molten metal onto the pre-treated substrate surface through one or more gas jets (usually compressed air) to form a coating. Wire feeder
The thermal arc spray wire feeder is suitable for arc spraying and is used for dual wire feeding. There are two types of wire feeding: charged control and non charged control. The wire feeding speed specification is available for users to choose from. Main technical parameters: wire feeding voltage DC24V, 5A, wire feeding method is symmetrical and uniform, wire diameter Ø 3.0mm, wire reel capacity Ø 300 × Ø 50 × 103mm, wire feeding speed range of 1-7 meters/minute for 20kg.
