Propane and air are used as fuel and combustion aid respectively, which together constitute the most reliable and stable combustion configuration among gas models on the market.

The design of the spray gun draws inspiration from rocket engines. Its excellent spray speed is as high as more than 2000 meters per second. It not only has powerful output power, but also can be adjusted steplessly to meet different needs. The spray gun innovatively adopts axial center powder feeding technology, which ensures that the powder can be fully melted and evenly distributed in the flame, thereby greatly improving the coverage efficiency and overall quality of the coating.

In addition, the system also has a built-in process recipe management function, and users can easily add, edit or save process parameters according to actual needs. At the fuel control level, the system adopts a fully closed-loop design concept, combined with a modular structure and a high-performance PLC controller to ensure stable, reliable, convenient and efficient operation.

Powder feeder

This type of powder feeder adopts foreign technology, upgrades the control system, and is convenient for cleaning powder. The main gas of the spray gun is used as the powder feeding gas. The sprayed powder is transported to the outlet of the powder feeder through the rotation of the porous powder feeding tray. The powder leaves the powder feeding bucket together through the gas pressure and enters the spray gun. The speed of the servo motor on the touch screen is adjusted to adjust the powder feeding amount.
