Product Description

The Almac-M3 cold spraying system is touch screen operated. The equipment design structure adopts a fully closed-loop automatic control structure. All gases are controlled by imported pressure sensors and imported pressure regulating valves. The pressure can be monitored in real time to automatically reach the process set value. The fuel used is propane and the combustion aid is air. It is a very stable combustion mode among gas engines on the market. The spray gun structure is designed according to the principle of rocket generators. The flame flow speed reaches more than 2000m/s, the output power is large and can be adjusted steplessly. The spray gun adopts axial center powder delivery. This new injection method allows the powder to be better dissolved and evenly distributed throughout the flame, improving the coverage efficiency and coating quality. It has a process formula storage and call function, and parameters can be added, modified, and saved. The system fuel adopts a fully closed-loop design, modular design, high-performance PLC control, stable and easy operation; the prepared coating has excellent performance, with a low porosity of less than 1% (average porosity less than 0.5%), and a spraying efficiency of 30KG powder per hour.

Cold Spraying System

This type of powder feeder adopts foreign technology, upgrades the control system, and is convenient for cleaning powder. The main gas of the spray gun is used as the powder feeding gas. The sprayed powder is transported to the outlet of the powder feeder through the rotation of the porous powder feeding tray. The powder leaves the powder feeding bucket together through the gas pressure and enters the spray gun. The speed of the servo motor on the touch screen is adjusted to adjust the powder feeding amount.
