High-Temperature Plasma Spray System

Plasma spray equipment melts the spray material by generating a high-temperature plasma arc. The plasma arc is generated by ionizing and heating a gas (such as argon, nitrogen, etc.) to an extremely high temperature. The spray material is usually supplied in the form of powder or wire, which is melted by the plasma arc and sprayed onto the surface of the substrate. It has a wide range of applications in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, and electronic components. By spraying the surface, the equipment can be made wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the performance can be improved.

Used for regulating and controlling water, electricity, gas, and powder. It can monitor the entire system, and users can directly understand the system parameters during operation from the control cabinet, such as voltage and current. When the electricity and gas in the system do not meet the requirements, the system will automatically alarm to remind users to make corresponding adjustments. Adjust the temperature of the plasma arc by adjusting the current and voltage on the panel. Users can also control the gas flow rate and gas ratio by adjusting the main and secondary gases on the control panel, thereby changing the length of the plasma arc and flame velocity, and ultimately changing the velocity of the powder particles.

Powder feeder

A device used to store spray powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. The main gas of the spray gun is used as the powder feeding gas. The sprayed powder is conveyed to the outlet of the powder feeder through the rotation of the powder feeding scraper, and the powder leaves the powder feeding bucket together with the gas pressure and enters the spray gun. Adjusting the potentiometer on the control cabinet panel can adjust the speed of powder feeding.

Inverter power supply

The plasma inverter power supply provides DC power for the spray gun, using IGBT modules, intelligent module control, water-cooled electrical modules, soft arc starting, small size, high efficiency, low power consumption, good heat dissipation, continuous operation, and low failure rate. It is currently an excellent plasma power supply in China.

Water and electricity transfer box

Mix the water and electricity of the plasma equipment and send it to the spray gun. At the same time, provide the high-frequency pulse voltage required for the spray gun to start the arc and detect the return water temperature and cooling water pressure of the spray gun. It is lightweight, flexible, and easy to drag. Good arc initiation performance, reducing the instantaneous current shock when the nozzle starts an arc.

Cooling system

The dual compressor drive reduces the overall volume of the machine and increases your space; Mainly used to achieve effective cooling of the spray gun and prolong the nozzle life
